Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://keepcleanerny.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Keep Cleaner or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Keep Cleaner makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Keep Cleaner's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keep Cleaner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.

Modifications. Keep Cleaner may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
